The event committee provided the leadership and accountability for the success and integrity of this event.

  • Tony Coolidge (Click here for e-mail) - Chairperson - Mr. Coolidge is the founder and director of the non-profit organization, ATAYAL, Inc. ATAYAL is a cultural and educational organization dedicated to providing a voice for the indigenous tribes of Taiwan in North America.

  • Shu-min Coolidge (Click here for e-mail) - Director of Communication - Mrs. Coolidge is a business owner who provides communication and translation services for the event. She is fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese and English.

  • Dawn R. Jensen (Click here for e-mail) - Event Director - Dawn is a dynamic powerhouse who has offered her organizational and trouble-shooting prowess to the service of our festival. She has owned Virtual Options for years and is a successful business owner.

  • Erica Green (Click here for e-mail) - Director of Canadian Affairs - Ms. Green is based in Toronto, Canada, and is an advocate for empowering indigenous communities to be economic self-reliance. She has a BA in English Literature and is applying for her Masters in Environmental Studies

  • Dr. Deborah Livingston-Hoummouda (Click here for e-mail) - Director of International Affairs - Mrs. Livingston-Hoummouda is from Orlando, Florida. She has a Doctorate in Education and is a self-employed consultant. She was an administrator Assistant Superintendant for Edison Schools in Inkster, Michigan.

  • Pamela J. Atcitty (Click here for e-mail) - Director of North American Affairs - Mrs. Atcitty has been involved with many events involving Native American culture and issues. She has graciously offered her services to our event as a contact person for North American tribal groups.

  • Hedy Yudaw (Click here for e-mail) - Director of Design - Miss Yudaw is an artist and animator who has a special skill of portraying indigenous art forms. She grew up as a member of the Truku tribe of Taiwan and is now studying at Cal Arts in Los Angeles, CA. She has had successful exhibitions of her art and animated films.
