Committee Members

The event committee provided the leadership and accountability for the success and integrity of this event.

  • Tony Coolidge (Mail@IndigenousFestival.org) - Chairperson - Mr. Coolidge is the founder and director of the non-profit organization, ATAYAL, Inc. ATAYAL is a cultural and educational organization dedicated to providing a voice for the indigenous tribes of Taiwan in North America.

  • Shu-min Coolidge (shumincoolidge@aol.com) - Director of Communication - Mrs. Coolidge is a business owner who provides communication and translation services for the event. She is fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese and English.

  • Dawn R. Jensen (dawnrjensen@aol.com) - Event Director - Dawn is a dynamic powerhouse who has offered her organizational and trouble-shooting prowess to the service of our festival. She has owned Virtual Options for years and is a successful business owner.

  • Elisa Delgardio (orlandocoordin8tor@earthlink.net) - Event Consultant - Elisa is an event planning professional with her own event planning business. She has owned A Flair For Affairs since 1996 and has organized many successful events.

  • Dawn Hicks (groovyartchick@comcast.net) - Director of Fundraising - Ms. Hicks is a fundraising specialist with a marketing background. She has worked for the SunriseARC non-profit organization in Leesburg, FL as the fundraising director.

  • Leticia Rieman (mail@atayal.org) - Director of Marketing and Media Relations - Mrs. Rieman brings to the committee over seventeen years of experience in the areas of strategic planning, marketing and promotion. She holds credits as a TV producer and special events producer on international projects, including work with the United Nations. She was elected to the "Who's Who of American Women" in 1991-92.

  • Joseph Regenstein IV (jregenstein@wradvisors.com) - Director of Finance - Mr. Regenstein graduated with a BSBA in Finance from the University of Central Florida. He has raised money for the non-profit organization PUSH America, raising awareness for people with disabilities.

  • Po-Wen Chen (bowen715@yahoo.com) - Director of Community Relations - Mr. Chen has long been an advocate of democracy in Taiwan and is very active in cultural organizations. He is the current President of the Global Association for Democracy and Peace.

  • Lucy Evanicki (levanicki@semtribe.com) - Director of Native-American Relations - Lucy Evanicki has worked for the Seminole tribe of Florida for many years as Tribal Marketing Director. She brings to the event years of experience with marketing and events. She also provides a wealth of connections to the Native-American community.

  • Eric Chen (yichuan_chen@hotmail.com) - Director of Volunteer Coordination - Mr. Chen is the President of the Taiwanese Students Association at the University of Central Florida and is overseeing the student and non-student volunteers for the event.

  • Erica Green (Erica@IndigenousFestival.org) - Director of Canadian Affairs - Ms. Green is based in Toronto, Canada, and is an advocate for empowering indigenous communities to be economic self-reliance. She has a BA in English Literature and is applying for her Masters in Environmental Studies

  • Dr. Deborah Livingston-Hoummouda (dlivingto@aol.com) - Director of International Affairs - Mrs. Livingston-Hoummouda is from Orlando, Florida. She has a Doctorate in Education and is a self-employed consultant. She was an administrator Assistant Superintendant for Edison Schools in Inkster, Michigan.

  • Pamela J. Attcity (pam@nizhonikeyaah.com) - Event Consultant - Mrs. Attcity has been involved with many events involving native american culture and issues. She has graciously offered her consulting services to our event.

  • Hedy Yudaw (Hedy@IndigenousFestival.org) - Director of Design - Miss Yudaw is an artist and animator who has a special skill of portraying indigenous art forms. She grew up as a member of the Truku tribe of Taiwan and is now studying at Cal Arts in Los Angeles, CA. She has had successful exhibitions of her art and animated films.
